For use against rheumatic flare-ups, it works very well. On the advice of an acquaintance, I take it. It doesn't take away my rheumatism, but since I've been taking it, my flare-ups have become less frequent.
On advice, I combined methionine as PriosaSULF with PriosaSOD to fight my inflammations. You can't get rid of muscle inflammation right away, that's clear. But I notice slight improvements. I keep training despite the inflammations, which keeps causing irritation. A very good supplement to physical therapy.
These capsules are designed to catch free radicals, which can damage cells and tissue and can lead to premature aging. Superoxide dismutase is an enzyme produced by the body itself, which prevents this damage. I would recommend these capsules for chronic inflammations, frequent infections, stress and mental and physical strain, since the body then produces too little of this enzyme. These tablets help counter that. However, I would say that the actual effect or physical changes can only be determined after several months of use.
The package the can came in was way too big. Otherwise everything good and as described.
PriosaLIPON R Forte is the best antioxidant product. However, I also take PriosaSOD and PriosaVIT in parallel to protect myself from all harmful environmental influences.
Since I've been training for a marathon I often struggle with inflammation in my leg. Mainly the tendons in my calf. I take it as a supplement alongside my physiotherapy treatment. Works great. My physiotherapist is also very curious. The combination of SOD and SULF seems to be important.
It's really fascinating what this enzyme can do in combination with PriosaSULF. I have much less pain in my musculoskeletal system.
My therapist recommended the enzyme Superdismustase to me. Haven't noticed any effect yet. But I trust him on this.

I've felt less stressed since taking it. I combine PriosaSOD with PriosaVIT. The stress I have kind of feels like it's all in my head and made up. But somehow I'm more relaxed, less hectic in my mind. I don't feel directly overwhelmed by multiple things.
So far I haven't noticed any effect. Antioxidants are supposed to have a preventive effect though. So I can't really say whether it works or not. But on the positive side, the ingredient information is more transparent and understandable here.

The capsules are a good size and I can swallow them easily. I haven't experienced any side effects. I can get through a month with the jar since I take 2 pieces daily. I therefore find the price-performance ratio good.

An enzyme that really works! I use it in combination with PriosaSULF to balance stress on the musculoskeletal system. It works great. Pain has decreased significantly. I'm very happy to be pain-free! Who can say that at almost 60.
It's also, which I think is brilliant, contained in MINO 2.0, Complete and Athleticum. Therefore, I don't actually take it separately. But since I currently have increased problems in the tendon and ligament area, I find additional supplementation useful.
Price/performance really great. The quantity specification in IU is correct and honest. Oddly enough, there are many confusing specifications here, which made it difficult for me to get a clear picture.

PriosaSOD is a vegan dietary supplement. It contains the enzyme superoxide dismutase on a plant-based basis.
For me a nutritional supplement for cell protection and thus against aging and degeneration. I take it preventively 1x a day, usually at breakfast.
Since I'm not entirely comfortable with the smell of green-lipped mussel, I decided on SANOPOLY PriosaSOD to additionally provide myself with antioxidants.
Positive:

Negative:
- It doesn't mention the intake time, even though this affects the product's effectiveness. [When taking enzymes, you should generally make sure they support digestion right with meals (shortly before, during and directly after). If you take them about 1½ to 2 hours before or after eating, the anti-inflammatory effect is achieved.]
First-class product. Easy purchasing process. Great. I have the subscription now.
Extremely useful enzyme. Works best in the musculoskeletal system and should also be used for oxidative stress in this area.

I take an OPC product and have always combined it with Vit C. But I wanted to add Vit C as an antioxidant as well.
Then I came across an article about SOD and this stuff is effective like nothing else. Sleep quality improved rapidly. Little tip - just google superoxide dismutase and read up on it. Then you know where many serious health problems in humans come from.
