Recommended dosage
Take three capsules daily with plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children and adolescents. Store at room temperature (max. 25°C), dry and protected from light. Use within 3 months of opening. Persons taking anticoagulant medicines (anticoagulants) should consult their doctor before taking Vitamin K preparations.
