Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule once daily with plenty of liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature (max. 25°C), dry and protected from light. Use within 5 months after opening the package. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing women, children and adolescents under 18 years of age. If taking anticoagulants, please consult your doctor before use.
