Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet daily 30 minutes before going to bed and let it dissolve under your tongue.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature (max. 25°C), dry and protected from light. Use within 5 months after opening the package. Not recommended for pregnant women, nursing women, or women planning to become pregnant. If taking anti-epileptic drugs, antidepressants, anticoagulants, or if you have severe allergies, consult your doctor before use. Continuous use should be avoided.
