With most Sanopoly products you notice that one nutrient plays a central role, here methionine, and all the others play the role of improving bioavailability or effect or synergy. Very interesting approach.

The bioavailability is very good thanks to the vitamins. I absorb it better than MSM, which is also advertised as a sulfur donor.

It works very well for combating rheumatic flare-ups. On the advice of an acquaintance, I take it. It doesn't cure my rheumatism, but since I started taking it, my flare-ups have become less frequent.

Good for supporting a detox cure. I've made it part of my regular routine now.

On advice, I combined methionine as PriosaSULF with PriosaSOD to fight my inflammations. You can't get rid of muscle inflammation right away, that's clear. But I notice slight improvements. I keep training despite the inflammations, which keeps causing irritation. A very good supplement to physical therapy.

Based on methionine, it is supposed to promote detoxification through the detoxifying effect of sulfur. Of course, an effect is not quickly determined here. The formulation and ingredients are very well thought out and it's not a pure methionine product. For that reason I give it 4 stars.

Since I've been training for a marathon I often struggle with inflammation in my leg. Mainly the tendons in my calf. I take it as a supplement alongside my physiotherapy treatment. Works great. My physiotherapist is also very curious. The combination of SOD and SULF seems to be important.

Unfortunately I struggle a lot with inflammation and needed something to detox. My therapist recommended this to me. It works well. It's just not that cheap and I need it in high doses and regularly. That does hurt the wallet a bit. But I was able to get a savings subscription.

I've looked into MSM a lot. According to this company, methionine is supposed to serve as a better sulfur donor. It's definitely better than drinking MSM powder and my stomach tolerates it better. I think that's great. I'll see how effective it is.

The three in combination are simply great. I couldn't quite buy into the hype about muscle soreness, but I was really surprised by the result. Micronutrients are just as important as macronutrients. Smells a bit odd but is absolutely okay, quickly in the mouth and swallow it down which is no big deal. So thanks! Keep it up!

I consistently took the capsules 15-30 minutes before training. On the 1st day after barely any and on the 2nd day a little muscle soreness. Despite the toughest training!
