What is Priosa® clean?

Priosa® clean is a nutrient complex with sulfur-containing amino acids, MSM, SOD and vitamins. Sulfur is involved in a variety of processes and is found, for example, in enzymes, in skin cells, in hair, in vitamins B1 and B7, or in hormones such as insulin. The sulfur content that is not consumed for the rebuilding of the body's own proteins can therefore serve as an important sulfur donor in almost every organ. It is particularly beneficial in the liver with its cleansing enzymes, in muscles and tendons. The non-animal L-methionine contained in Priosa® clean is an essential amino acid (AA) that cannot be produced by the human body itself and must therefore be obtained through food. As a methyl group donor, L-methionine plays an important role in many metabolic processes and is the starting amino acid for every protein. Glutathione, L-cysteine, creatine and melatonin also depend on this AA. L-methionine influences numerous body functions. Adequate intake is of vital importance for the human organism. To meet the high demand, Priosa® clean contains a high amount of L-methionine. In combination with the amino acid L-cysteine and the most important coenzymes of sulfur metabolism – vitamin B6, B12, folic acid and pantothenic acid – the high biochemical bioavailability of L-methionine is ensured.
