My everyday life as an entrepreneur is stressful. There is a lot to organise and you have to stay mentally sharp all day. Often, though, I notice that I struggle to work with focus. I wake up worn out and spend the whole day feeling like I am only at 70 % of my capacity. This has been going on for several months and it is affecting my performance at work.
