What is Priosa® omega+?

Priosa® omega+ is a combined fatty acid and vitamin complex. The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are absorbed together with dietary fats. "The product helped me enormously to maintain my training volume as well as intensity without having to build in extra recovery breaks, which I would definitely have had to take if I kept to my training plan. It might also be interesting to mention that I'm 40 years old and in that regard recovery time in triathlon is a very, very high time factor at this age – even for fully trained athletes! Originally, I came to the Athleticum at the UKE in 2017 due to a muscle fiber tear in my left calf and was already treated there with Priosament, Priosamino and Methionin. This works remarkably well for recovery and healing with autologous blood therapy. After the shortest healing within ten days, I was able to resume regular training and finish a middle distance 3 weeks later! However, I found that the hardening that I had experienced in the past occurred again. I then got in touch with Jan Veen from Sanopoly to find a solution for this... The goal was to maintain the same training volume, the intensity and to avoid the hardening from the outset as well as to shorten the recovery time, or rather not have to extend it! Since the new recommended daily dose, it is very noticeable that there is hardly any hardening, particularly in the calf muscle area during running sessions. That was already noticeable after two days! I had a real epiphany yesterday, however, when after an intense running session on the forefoot and midfoot I felt a slight hardening in both lower calves like in the past.
