Die empfohlene Tagesdosis (9 Kapseln) Priosa® COMPLETE enthält Wirkstoffe mit mindestens einen 15%igen Anteil des geforderten Nährstoffbezugswerte gemäß VO (EU) Nr. 1169/2011. Es handelt sich dabei um Chrom, Eisen, Jod, Kupfer, Magnesium, Mangan, Molybdän, Selen, Zink, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K und Pantothensäure:
(1) Vitamin D trägt zu einer normalen Aufnahme/Verwertung von Calcium und Phosphor bei. Vitamin B6 trägt zu einem normalen Eiweiß- und Glycogenstoffwechsel, zu einem normalen Homocystein-Stoffwechsel und zu einer normalen Cystein-Synthese bei. Magnesium trägt zu einer normalen Eiweißsynthese und Elektrolytgleichgewicht bei. Zink trägt zu einem normalen Fettsäurestoffwechsel bei. Chrom trägt zu einem normalen Stoffwechsel von Makronährstoffen bei. Molybdän trägt zu einer normalen Verstoffwechslung schwefelhaltiger Aminosäuren bei. The product has helped me enormously to maintain my training volume and intensity without having to build in extra recovery breaks, which I would definitely have had to do if I maintained my training schedule. It might also be interesting to mention that I'm 40 years old and recovery time in triathlon is a very, very high time factor at this age - even for well-trained athletes!
Originally, in 2017, I came to the athletics department at the UKE due to a muscle fiber tear in my left calf and was already treated there with Priosament, Priosamino and Methionine. This works amazingly well for regeneration and healing with autologous blood therapy. After the shortest healing within ten days, I was able to get back into regular training and finish a middle-distance race 3 weeks later!
However, I noticed that the hardening that I now knew from the past occurred again. I then got in contact with Jan Veen from Sanopoly to find a solution for this... The goal was to maintain the same training volume, maintain intensity and prevent the hardening from the outset as well as to shorten the recovery time, or not have to extend it!
Since the new recommended daily dose, it's very noticeable that there are hardly any more hardenings, especially in the calf muscle area during running sessions. This was already noticeable after two days!
I had a real epiphany yesterday, however, when after an intense running session on the forefoot and midfoot I noticed a slight hardening in both lower calves like in the past. After taking PriosaATHLETIKUM, PriosaCOMPLETE and PriosaLIPID and the subsequent recovery of maybe 7 hours of sleep with compression socks, the next morning the complete hardening was gone and full comprehensive loading was possible again. This would definitely not have been possible before this test without having to take a one or two day recovery break!
The entire musculature no longer feels really stressed or hardened during and after exertion, which is an enormous mental gain because I no longer have to worry physically about training breaks and additional recovery times or injuries!
Clearly stated, that means I'm mentally free and can concentrate on other things, because my physical condition gives me the feedback that everything is o.k. - which I couldn't claim at regular intervals before! This doesn't mean it's a free pass to overexert my body, but it clears the mind... and makes me more sensitive if something doesn't quite go right!
