These are calcium, chromium, iron, iodine, potassium, copper, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium and zinc.

I think the effect depends on what you expect. Through diets and fasting, you have much higher fluid circulation. And if you don't happen to make a brine solution, the minerals simply get flushed out. This effect, which I noticed in my joints, I didn't feel this time.
